This work emerges from the mystery of suffering that does not end in defeat, but in transformation. The cross moves diagonally across the composition - not fixed, but in motion - suggesting not only the weight of burden, but the act of being carried through something. It is not static suffering. It is passage. The circular form above evokes both a mind in turmoil and a soul being drawn inward. The spiral does not collapse - it pulls toward depth, toward encounter. What appears chaotic begins to reveal order the longer one remains within it. At the center, the red form burns. It is wound, it is heart, it is offering. It is the place where pain becomes something else - something alive. It does not disappear ; it is transformed. The surrounding blues move like water or Spirit - cool against the heat - suggesting presence within the struggle. Not removal, but accompaniment. This piece invites the viewer to consider: not whether suffering exists, but what it becomes when it is carried in union with something greater.

In this work, heaven and earth meet in movement, light, and promise.
The composition rises upward through layers of luminous blue, white, and gold, evoking the mystery of Christ ascending into glory while remaining eternally present to His people.
At the center of the painting is not absence, but radiance.
The ascending movement draws the eye heavenward, while the glowing circular form below recalls the Holy Eucharist — the abiding presence of Christ who promised, “I am with you always.” The work therefore speaks not only of departure, but of communion: the Lord ascending into eternal glory while continuing to sustain creation through divine love.
The contrasting fields of earth and sky symbolize the tension between the visible and invisible worlds, the temporal and the eternal. Textured layers and sweeping gestures invite the viewer into contemplation rather than explanation, allowing the mystery itself to unfold interiorly.
The Ascension is ultimately a meditation on hope, fulfillment, and the destiny of the human soul. It speaks of the promise that one day humanity will be gathered fully into the presence of the Almighty — received not into emptiness, but into eternal love itself. The upward movement within the painting becomes a kind of spiritual roadmap, reminding the viewer that the journey of the soul does not end here. Through grace, through suffering, through trust, and through the abiding presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist, we are being drawn upward toward reunion with the Eternal One. One day, in the fullness of His mercy, we too shall rest in the embrace of the Lord Jesus Christ — His majesty — where every longing finds its peace in divine love.

Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth
Acrylic on Canvas 16 × 20 inches — Framed

This work emerges from contemplation of the Blessed Virgin Mary not only as Mother, but as Queen — crowned not by earthly power, but by humility, surrender, and perfect union with the will of God. The painting moves between heaven and earth through flowing layers of radiant gold, deep celestial blue, and living textures that suggest both cosmic movement and interior prayer. The crowned form rises from the surrounding light almost as if appearing through mystery itself — not fully confined to the visible world, yet deeply present within it. The circular forms and luminous fields surrounding the figure evoke the communion of heaven: saints, angels, stars, and the eternal rhythm of grace flowing outward from the throne of the Mother who continually points toward her Son. Rather than attempting a literal portrait, this piece seeks to communicate presence — the tenderness, strength, and spiritual radiance long associated with Mary throughout Christian devotion. The work invites the viewer into stillness, reflection, and trust beneath the mantle of the Queen of Heaven and Earth.
